Acceptable use policy
Last updated 23 October 2026
What it covers
These rules apply to everything you upload, generate, store or send with Telefans, and to how you use your bot with it. They’re part of the terms of service.
What you may do
Sell your own content to your fans on Telegram: photos and videos you made or have the rights to, including adult content, as long as it’s legal and everyone in it is an adult who agreed to it.
What you may not do
- Upload, generate or send anything illegal.
- Show anyone who isn’t 18 or older, or who didn’t agree to be in the content and to it being sold. You keep the records that prove everyone’s age and consent.
- Anything that shows, involves or sexualises a minor, real or generated. This is always refused, and reported to the authorities.
- Use content you don’t own or don’t have the rights to, including other people’s photos and videos, or generated images of a real person without their consent.
- Share intimate images of anyone without their consent, or threaten to.
- Break Telegram’s terms of service or its rules for bots. Your bot and your Telegram account are yours, and Telegram can limit them whatever we do.
- Spam or harass fans: no messages to people who haven’t written to you, no mass messages, threats or pressure to buy.
- Try to break or abuse the service: getting into accounts or data that aren’t yours, working around limits, prices or payments, overloading or scraping it, or reselling access to it.
What we do about breaches
Depending on what happened, we may remove content, pause sending, or suspend or close the account, and we report illegal content to the authorities. Anything involving a minor suspends the account at once, without warning. Where we can, we tell you what we found and why.
Reporting a problem
If you see content on Telefans that breaks these rules, or something of yours or of you is shared without your consent, tell us through Contact. We aim to answer takedown requests within 48 hours.
