Terms of service

Last updated 23 October 2026

Who we are

Telefans (“we”, “us”) runs this service and is the party you make this agreement with. You can reach us through Contact.

By creating an account you agree to these terms, the acceptable use policy and the refund policy. The privacy policy says how we handle your data.

The service

Telefans is software for creators who sell their own content on Telegram. You connect a bot you own, upload content to your vault, and send paid media to your fans through that bot. Fans pay in Telegram Stars, directly to your bot. We never hold or receive those Stars.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 and own the rights to everything you upload and send. You must follow Telegram’s terms and the law where you live. Content involving minors, or anyone who hasn’t consented, is forbidden and is reported to the authorities.

Your free account

Your account is free, with no card needed, for as long as you keep it. It includes your vault, with 10 GB of storage.

The Telegram add-on

The Telegram add-on adds sending PPVs in your Telegram DMs, the inbox, each fan’s ledger, earnings and live sale alerts, and grows your vault to 150 GB. It costs €149.99 a month, billed monthly in euros through Stripe.

A subscription starts as soon as you pay. By subscribing you ask for it to start right away, and agree that if you withdraw within 14 days, you pay for the days you used.

You can cancel at any time in the billing portal (Billing, then Manage subscription). The add-on then runs until the end of the period you paid for, and isn’t renewed.

When a subscription ends, only the add-on’s features stop. Your vault, chats and sales are kept, your bot keeps saving messages, and fans can still unlock PPVs you already sent.

Credits

Credits pay for AI image, video and voice generation, and they’re coming soon. They’ll be sold as one-time packs, never as a subscription, and they never expire.

A pack’s credits arrive as soon as you pay. By buying you ask for that, and you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once they’re delivered. A purchase is final once its credits are used.

If a payment is refunded or disputed, the credits from it that you haven’t spent are taken back.

Your content

Your content stays yours. You let us store, copy and process it only to run Telefansfor you: keeping it in your vault, making previews and Telegram-ready copies, and sending it where you tell us. That ends when you delete it, apart from our backups, which roll over within 30 days.

You can delete vault items at any time, and ask us to delete your saved chats or your whole account. The privacy policy says what we keep and for how long.

Telegram

Telefans isn’t affiliated with Telegram. Your bot, your Telegram account and your Stars are governed by Telegram’s terms, and Telegram can limit or block them whatever we do. Fans pay your bot, and you withdraw your Stars through Telegram yourself.

The service as it is

We work to keep Telefans running and your data safe, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, add or remove features. If a change takes away something you pay for, we tell you first, and you can cancel.

Ending your use

You can stop using Telefans and cancel at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the acceptable use policy, as that policy describes. If we end the service for you without a breach on your part, we refund what you paid for the time left.

Our responsibility

We aren’t responsible for lost sales, earnings or Stars, for what Telegram does, or for losses we couldn’t have foreseen. Otherwise, our responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits a responsibility the law doesn’t allow us to limit.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We tell you in the app at least 30 days before a change that affects you applies. If you don’t agree, you can cancel before then.

Law and disputes

If you’re a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live. If something goes wrong, please contact us first: most problems are quicker to settle that way.
