Our policy

Payments to Telefans aren’t refundable, except where the law gives you a right to a refund, as this page explains.

The Telegram add-on

The add-on is a monthly subscription, €149.99 a month, paid through Stripe. You can cancel it at any time in Billing, under Manage subscription. It then runs until the end of the month you paid for and isn’t renewed. Cancelling doesn’t refund the month you’re in.

A subscription starts as soon as you pay. The law gives consumers 14 days to withdraw from a new subscription: if you withdraw within 14 days of subscribing, you pay only for the days you used, and we refund the rest. To withdraw, tell us through Contact.

When the add-on ends, nothing is deleted: your vault, chats and sales are kept, and fans can still unlock PPVs you already sent.

Credits

Credits are coming soon. They’ll come in one-time packs that never expire. A pack’s credits arrive as soon as you pay. By buying, you ask for that, and you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once they’re delivered, so a pack isn’t refundable after that.

A purchase is final once its credits are used.

If we refund a pack, the credits from it that you haven’t spent are taken back. Your balance never goes below zero: if some were already spent, we look at the account before deciding anything. If a refund fails or is cancelled at Stripe, the credits it took come back to you.

A generation that fails costs nothing: its credits come back by themselves, with no refund to ask for.

Chargebacks

If you dispute a payment with your bank, Stripe handles the dispute. For credits, a chargeback works like a refund: the unspent credits from that payment are taken back. Please contact us first: a wrong charge is quicker to put right that way.

Stars from your fans

Fans pay you in Telegram Stars, straight to your own bot. Telefans never holds or receives them, so refunds of Stars are between you, your fan and Telegram. When Telegram refunds a purchase, your ledger shows it.

How refunds are paid

A refund goes back through Stripe to the card or account you paid with. Your bank may take a few days to show it.
